There are two main ways to reach the Autodesk Prodsmart team for help regarding Autodesk Prodsmart :

  • Live-Chat

  • Email

Live-Chat Feature

When entering through the back-office view you have the option to reach us through our Live-Chat feature by clicking the chat button in the bottom right corner.

By pressing this button you can quickly send us a message (our reply time is under 5 minutes) or search for one of our Help Center articles related to your issue.

Email

You can reach our support team with your question by emailing us to support.prodsmart@autodesk.com, our reply time here is the same as in the Live-Chat feature (under 5 minutes).

You can also directly contact your account Manager by email and he will help you directly or forward your question to our Support team.

Both the support via live-chat feature and email are available until 12:00 AM GMT (7:00 PM EST).
