Both the support via live-chat and email are available in the two following schedules:
10:00 AM GMT (5:00 AM EST) to 1:00 PM GMT (8:00 AM EST)
2:00 PM GMT (9:00 AM EST) to 12:00 AM GMT (7:00 PM EST).
Live-Chat Feature
When entering through the back-office view you have the option to reach us through our Live-Chat feature by clicking the chat button in the bottom right corner.
By pressing this button you can quickly send us a message (our reply time is under 5 minutes) or search for one of our Help Center articles related to your issue.
You can reach our support team with your question by emailing us at fusionoperations.support@autodesk.com, our reply time here is the same as in the Live Chat feature (under 5 minutes).
You can also directly contact your account Manager by email and he will help you or forward your question to our Support team.
