You can quickly generate and download the information you need about your Inventory Movements. To access this data, follow the next steps:

1. Go to Reports menu

Click in ‘Reports’ on the left side of the screen, and then in 'Inventory Movements'

2. Then, filter and customize your data

Here you can customize your report by adding some columns and filters. ‘Period’ is the only mandatory filter.

Firstly, you can add some more information to the columns (as shown in the image above, in box 1):

  • ‘Workers column’; - This will display a column with the worker that made the movement.

  • ‘Comments column’ - This will display a column with the comments left on each inventory movement.

Then, you can filter your report by:

  • ‘Period’: refers to the time interval of the inventory movements to be presented. You can either define it by clicking on the clock symbol, in a basic (selecting start and end date) or relative way (for example, ‘Today’, or ‘Last 7 days’). If you choose a relative period, you can also choose to schedule the report - learn more about it here. The time interval cannot exceed one month;

  • ‘Production Order’: select one if there’s a specific production order you want to analyze - it can only be selected after choosing a ‘Movement type’;

  • ‘Movement type’: You can filter by a specific type of movement, Consumption, In or Out

  • ‘Product Family’: Allows you to filter movements for one Product Family only.

  • ‘Product’: Allows you to filter movements for one Product only.

  • ‘Lot/Batch Number’: Allows you to filter movements for one Lot/Batch number only

  • ‘Produced product’: When filtering just by consumption movements, allows you to further filter by the movements specific to a single produced product.
