1. Go to your Sales Orders list and select the order(s) that you want to print.

2. After selecting your order(s), a set of options should appear above the list. Click on "Print Documents".

3. Select which documents you want to print.

4. If the order(s) have more than one product, you will be presented with the following screen to help you manage all the packages that will be shipped in the order(s).

5. You might need to change the number of packages, if so, you have two options:

5.1 Change the number of packages that are allocated to a shipping product

Example:

You have an order with two shipping products:

Product "SET2" Quantity=2 and Product "SW" Quantity=2. By default, it will result in 4 initial packages.

Now, imagine that what we want is to group the packages by Product, meaning, one package by Shipping Product.

To do that, select "1" on the Package Count Dropdown. It will show up a modal window where you can define the Quantity per package. After that, click "Confirm".

Repeat the process for the remaining shipping products and then click on "Print Shipping Labels".

5.2 Consolidate a shipping product into another existing package

Example:

You have an order with two shipping products:

Product "SET2" Quantity=2 and Product "SW" Quantity=2. By default, it will result in 4 initial packages.

Now, imagine that what we want is to allocate all products in one single package.

To do that, select "1" on the Package Count Dropdown in one of the shipping products. It will show up a modal window where you can define the Quantity per package.

After that, you will need to allocate the remaining 2 items from the second shipping product type. Hit "Consolidate" on the Package Count Dropdown. It will show up a modal window where you can define the Quantity of shipping product per "Available packages".

By now, you should have all products in the same package. Click on "Print Shipping Labels".
