Working hours

Each worker has a working schedule defined in Prodsmart, which allows you to know within which periods the productions should be considered.

Example: If the employee leaves at 5:00 pm, after his turn, and leaves an open production in Prodsmart (without ending it) the elapsed hours will not be counted until the next day, when his working schedule begins.

The functionality of the punch clock should be used in situations where there are exceptions to normal working hours such as:

  • Early entries;

  • Later entries;

  • Early exits;

  • Later exits.¬†

When using the punch clock button, it's possible to tell the system that the Entry or Exit time is not the one in the defined schedule but the one just punched.

How to use

Follow the following steps on the mobile device:

  1. Click the punch clock button

  2. Identify yourself with a worker number

  3. Choose if you intend to register an entry or an exit.

In the back office you can manually register an entry or and exit via the menu "punch clock ". In this menu you can check all the points you have made and edit one if you need to.
Here's how to manually insert an entry or exit in the following example:

Note: If you select the "combine punch clock with the worker's schedule" option, the punch clock made will be combined with the worker's schedule. If you do not select any option, you will have to explicitly make all the entries and exits for that day.
